Inner Doula Package $1200

• 24/7 Email, text and FaceTime support during your course of care

• Lactation Support (within scope of practice)

Birth Only Package $1000

• Doula on-call 37-42 weeks for the Birth Only

• Labor & Delivery & Immediate Postpartum

• Text/Email/FaceTime support throughout course of care

• Access to extensive birth knowledge and resources

A La Carte Doula Support $250 a month (3 month minimum)

• Informational support through the course of care

• Prenatal/Postpartum nutritional support and counseling

• Up to five (5) FaceTime or over the phone consults

• Emailed / text support

I do not perform medical tasks such as fetal heart monitoring, vaginal exams or perineal support. I

cannot make decisions for you. I will help you in getting the information from your midwife/

doctor and nurses so that you will be able to make informed decisions.
